• The time it takes to complete your commission can vary from 2 weeks to 3 months, depending on factors such as health, complexity of the piece, demand, and holidays.
• Prices are subject to change according to demand.
• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
• The reference currency is USD$.
• I retain the right to use the commission as an example of my work in my personal portfolio.
• You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agree to these terms via text and Google Forms.02 - Payment Info
• Commissions are divided into 50% upfront (also to reserve a slot) and
50% before the final step of the process.
• The Payment method accepted is via Paypal.
• It is at the discretion of the customer to pay the 8% PayPal transfer fee; the customer will be asked if they wish to contribute the same as a tip. It is not mandatory and won't affect the final result.03 - Process
• Process and production time may vary according to the complexity and subjetct of the piece.
•The customer will take part in decisions during the production of the piece.
• The steps where the customer will participate can vary acording to the piece and subject. The customer will be informed upfront of all the steps.
• In case a feel the need to ask the customer for feeback outside of any pre-defined step I will.
• Customer will be asked to provide refferences and briefing about of the piece. In case I need any extra refference I will ask the customer for it.
• Going back on a approved step of the proccess can result in a fee depending of the change asked by the customer.05 - Refound and Fees
• Customer cannot refund the first half of the payment once I started
working on the commission.
• If for some reason I am unable to start your commission, you
will receive a full refund.
• If the customer cancel the order before I start working on the piece, I can get the customer a full refound.
• If the customer is receiving a refund, please do not request a chargeback from
Paypal. I will transfer the money to the customer myself.• If the customer request a paypal chargeback at any part of the process the customer will lose the rights of the piece and I will now have the right to profit from the piece. The chargeback will be declined and paypal will be informed with our conversation. This will also result in the customer being blackslisted from commissioning anything from me again.
• I can get your commision to be done in a tighter deadline by applying a rush fee. This fee can vary from 20% to 80%.
• If you wish to have your commission kept private, a 15% fee will be applied so Im not allowed to post it.
• Commercial use work will have fees starting from 50% depending on what kind of use.04 - Copyright and Use

• I retain all copyright in commissioned art.
• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
• I will NOT profit more from commissioned art unless you (the customer) break
any of the terms.
• I reserve the right to publish the commissioned artwork online, in my
portfolio, as well as in publications such as free artbooks.YOU(THECUSTOMER)
• You can upload commissioned artwork on any website (unless it is to generate profit) and social media.
• You may NOT profit from the piece commissioned (re-sale, redistribution, upload
to POD services, printing to sell, NFT, etc),unless the commercial use fee was payed in accord with the profit method that will be used.
•You retain the intellectual property (IP) rights of the artwork.The following is considered copyright infringement:
• Reproducing/commerciallyusing the copyrighted artwork.
• Claiming the piece was done by you (the customer)
• Making changes to the piece without my consent.
